Custom orders require a $1,500 non-refundable down payment and balance is
due when instrument is ready to ship
"Demo" or "non-custom order" instruments require 100% pre-payment before shipping
48 hour approval period on demo or non-custom order (in stock) instruments
only
Shipping / packing / insurance charge is $90 for the continental USA
and higher for all other areas
Custom order build times vary from instrument to instrument
Build time quote is not guaranteed

WARRANTY INFORMATION:
All new and used Manuel & Patterson guitars built and sold by
The Abita Springs Guitar Company
are covered by a one year limited warranty to the original owner from the
date of purchase.
This one year limited warranty is not transferable.

If you refer a friend to us and they purchase a new Manuel & Patterson
guitar,
we will credit your account with up to 10% of the purchase price of your friends
new
Manuel & Patterson guitar (excluding taxes, shipping, accessories &
case cost)
toward the purchase of a new Manuel & Patterson guitar for you!.

*PLEASE NOTE:
The referral credit must be noted and applied to your account
at the time of your friend's purchase of a new Manuel & Patterson guitar.
No credit will be applied to your account until your friend has paid in full
for their new Manuel & Patterson guitar and taken delivery of it.
This credit on your account will only apply to a custom order or purchase
by you, of a new Manuel & Patterson guitar
and can not be transferred to or from another party.
If the credit is to be applied to a new custom order, down payment must still
be made in full
and the credit will be applied toward the balance due on your new custom ordered
Manuel & Patterson guitar.
The credit does not apply to the cost of the case, shipping charges, accessories
or any other purchase from us or from anyone or anywhere else.
There is no cash value to the credit and it can only be applied by us to your
account for a qualifying purchase of a new Manuel & Patterson guitar.
This credit can not be used to purchase a used or demo model guitar or
to pay for down payments, repair charges, restoration charges, lessons or
for any other items for sale
other than the purchase of a new Manuel &
Patterson guitar sold by the
Abita Springs Guitar Company LLC.
